Special Operators Transition Foundation Summary
What began with a simple question over a dinner conversation between four executives and members of the Navy SEAL responsible for the elimination of Osama Bin Laden, “What are you going to do next?” has evolved into a four-phased program tailored for the transition experience for Special Operators of all services.
Our Fellows are elite members, including Green Berets, 75th Ranger Regiment, Special Operations Aviation, Navy SEALs, Marine Raiders, Air Force Special Operations units, and more. They comprise of the top 3% of all US Military Forces with special skills and advanced degrees, ready to pursue their next career. SOTF provides coaching and business connectivity to help our Fellows identify, prepare, and execute their transition plan. We facilitate unique interactive workshops for Fellows with top-tier business leaders to meet and explore career opportunities.
SOTF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to providing best-in-class training, education, and business connectivity for our military’s most elite Special Operators.
